Hello! I am Jordan Everett. I like sci-fi stories and cooking and music, but mostly music. I grew up moving around from AZ to New England a fair amount. By the time my formative years were starting, we landed on the south shore of MA, my mother and my 2 younger brothers. I was a theatre kid and went to a small high school, so doing acapella groups and choirs during lunches was normal for me. By sophomore year I had dropped every part of musical theatre except the 'music' part. I started putting out music under the alias 'Trace' and made online friends with kids my age on similar paths - groupchats were formed, facetimes were had,

I went to college for a year and a half in rural Virginia. It was a small religous college, and there was a small music scene that I came to know and grow into. When COVID hit I moved back home to work and study online. I ended up leaving college and around the same time, all those online friends from high school were moving to LA - as was I. I decided to start fresh as Jordan Everett, the latter being my middle name.

My first few years in LA marked collaborations and finding my sound as Jordan Everett. I released my biggest songs to date, 'No Lie' with Kenji, 'Losing Focus' with Eleanor Kingston, & 'Addicted' with Marko. High school groupchats came to life in 'MELT', the first posse cut from Julian Ray (FKA Xedrin) & Kenji featuring Buppy and Jordan. 

In 2023 I released my first project, 'Collected Works, Vol. 1' with no collaborations. Songs like 'Fall (Into Growing Up)' & 'Time' helped establish my sonic identity and my footing in pop music (or so they say). Hearing the feedback to those songs, I met Nick Axel Kauffman, a producer who has become a close friend. We started releasing singles like 'BST' & 'have a nice life, don't write back', which both were accompanied by experiental music videos. 

In January of 2026 I released my second project, 'the park road alibi: final verdict' which again had no collaborations. Fan favorites from this era include 'Jacqueline', 'beauty & grace', and 'group project', the latter two having visuals to go with the tracks. I am now working on a full length collaborative album with my longtime friend Eleanor Kingston. Stay tuned.
